Conn. gunman Adam Lanza's remains claimed for burial: report - CBS News

What a shocker! Not really, this is par for the Obama Administration's over used "course".

Next of kin, the Newtown, CT School shooter's father, wanted to remain anonymous.   He has to, otherwise he'll have to be subject to media inquiries.  Because he's a G.E. tax counsel and sits on the economic advisory board ( and to testify in a major 43 trillion dollar lawsuit against Obama, Geithner, Pelosi, Holder, some "Banksters" and other Scoundrels for embezzlement, money laundering, conversion, and a long list of felonious crimes that comes down to the fact that some of us always knew, OBAMA IS A THIEF in CHIEF...  He stole the election all the while stealing from the American People.   May his Impeachment trial include Karma's testimony and her PUNISHMENT..

Police have not offered a motive for the killings.
Carver has asked geneticists from the University of Connecticut to study Lanza's DNA for any mutations or other abnormalities that could shed light on his motivation for the shootings, the Courant says.

Obama vows to throw ‘full weight’ behind curbing gun violence - The Globe and Mail

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/world/obama-vows-to-throw-full-weight-behind-curbing-gun-violence/article6797364/

Obama, you're an asshole .  A power drunk, greedy, thieving murderous asshole.  Your despotic attempts will fail, like your entire life, you're a fraud and a failure, and a FUCKING MURDERER.  Quit faking your sympathies. You've killed more children than any recruited troubled son.   Jared Loughner learned fast despite his mental illness, and his "random rampage" coincidentally was a success, as it killed Gabby Giffords' assistant, he got her a clean shot to the head, miraculously she survived, but still, mission accomplished; she was silenced.  A pro - gun Congresswoman, a Democrat none the less, in Arizona, where ATF whistleblowers were convening with her about your sick and despicable Fast and Furious scam to get guns, U.S. guns, in the hands of cartels who would come over the border and commit the exact atrocities you desired, so a hero, a dedicated, courageous, brave warrior, an America loving honorable young man with his whole life ahead of him, was just another number, another victim for your cause, an inevitable necessary evil, a loss beyond what words can express.

Your sick psychopathic agenda has been obvious from the start.   YOU set this up..   Where is Mr. Lanza?  He arrived from the West Coast that evening to find out at a NY airport that his son had lost it and committed suicide too.   I guess that was good enough to keep him from speaking to the media as a GE tax counsel, and on the economic advisory board.....  Same as the Holmes' killer's father, who we also haven't heard a word from..  How stupid do you think we are?  Guns are out of your control, and we have seen your sick games with them, distributing them, and our money as you please, you greedy power grabbing psychopath, hope one turns on you.  It would be perfect JUSTICE after over four years of lawless injustices brought upon others by yourself, you SICK FUCK.

And I'm sure CNBC's executive, Kevin Krim, who's outlet broke the news story about you and your co-horts' embezzling, laundering, and STEALING for your OWN personal interest, and the massive suit with major felonious charges had nothing to do with his two beautiful babies' being murdered a day after the story broke.  The story was removed just hours after the children were found stabbed to death.   And not a word about it was heard, the media was in pre-"selection" gridlock.  Perfect timing, you election stealing, fraud!  YOU ARE THE FISCAL and MORAL CLIFF OF WHICH YOU SHOULD FALL OFF OF AND NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN

Recalling the shooting of 20 first graders as the worst day of his presidency, U.S. President Barack Obama on Sunday pledged to put his “full weight” behind a legislative package next year aimed at containing gun violence.
In an interview with NBC's Meet the Press, Mr. Obama voiced skepticism about proposals to place armed guards at schools in the aftermath of the Dec. 14 deadly assault at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
In his boldest terms yet, he vowed to rally the American people around an agenda to limit gun violence and said he still supports increased background checks and bans on assault weapons and high capacity bullet magazines.
“It is not enough for us to say, `This is too hard so we're not going to try,“’ Mr. Obama said. “So what I intend to do is I will call all the stakeholders together. I will meet with Republicans. I will meet with Democrats. I will talk to anybody.
“I think there are a vast majority of responsible gun owners out there who recognize that we can't have a situation in which somebody with severe psychological problems is able to get the kind of high capacity weapons that this individual in Newtown obtained and gun down our kids. And, yes, it's going to be hard.”
Mr. Obama's comments come as the schoolhouse shooting has elevated the issue of gun violence to the forefront of public attention.
Six adults also died at the school. Authorities say the shooter killed himself and his mother at their home.
The slayings have prompted renewed calls for greater gun controls. The National Rifle Association has resisted those efforts vociferously, arguing instead that schools should have armed guards for protection.
“I am skeptical that the only answer is putting more guns in schools,” Mr. Obama said. “And I think the vast majority of the American people are skeptical that that somehow is going to solve our problem.”
Mr. Obama said he intended to press the issue with the public.
“Will there be resistance? Absolutely there will be resistance,” he said.
“The question then becomes whether we are actually shook up enough by what happened here that it does not just become another one of these routine episodes where it gets a lot of attention for a couple of weeks and then it drifts away. It certainly won't feel like that to me. This is something that – you know, that was the worst day of my presidency. And it's not something that I want to see repeated.”
Separately, a member of the president’s cabinet said Sunday that rural America may be ready to join a national conversation about gun control. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said the debate has to start with respect for the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which guarantees the right to bear arms and a recognition that hunting is a way of life for millions of Americans.
But Mr. Vilsack said Newtown has changed the way people see the issue. “I really believe that this is a different circumstance and a different situation and I think the president believes it as well, that this is going to be sustained conversation,” Mr. Vilsack said on CNN.
Mr. Vilsack said he thinks it’s possible for Americans to come together. “It’s potentially a unifying conversation,” he said. “The problem is that these conversations are always couched in the terms of dividing us. This could be a unifying conversation and Lord knows we need to be unified.”
Besides getting gun violence legislation passed next year, Mr. Obama also listed immigration as a top priority for 2013 as well as deficit reduction. A big deficit reduction deal with Republicans proved elusive this month and Mr. Obama is now hoping Senate Democratic and Republican leaders salvage a scaled back plan that avoids across the board tax increases for virtually all Americans.
He issued a defense of former Republican Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, who has been mentioned as one of the leading candidates for new secretary of defense.
Mr. Hagel, who opposed former president George W. Bush's decision to go to war with Iraq, has been criticized in conservative circles for not being a strong enough ally of Israel. Many liberals and gay activists also have banded against him for comments he made in 1998 about an openly gay nominee for an ambassadorship
Mr. Obama, who briefly served with Mr. Hagel in the Senate, stressed that he had yet to make a decision on a secretary of defense but said called Mr. Hagel a “patriot.”
“He is somebody who has done extraordinary work both in the United States Senate,” he said. “Somebody who served this country with valor in Vietnam. And is somebody who's currently serving on my intelligence advisory board and doing an outstanding job.”
He noted that Mr. Hagel had apologized for his 14-year-old remark. “And I think it's a testimony to what has been a positive change over the last decade in terms of people's attitudes about gays and lesbians serving our country,” Mr. Obama said.
